Custom Electrical System for Project Responder
Other than most of factory wiring, the electrical system on project responder is completely custom. The batteries were relocated under the bed of the service body. A 240amp high output alternator was installed and considerable effort went into developing a highly efficient and reliable infrastructure to support the heavy demands that will be placed on the system.
From heavy duty 1/0 welding cables for main battery wires to isolated power circuits in strategies locations throughout the truck, no detail was overlooked. Thanks to the sponsors, I have a system that is hardy, robust and extremely reliable.
